Mark Dennis, MBA, is Principal and co-owner of Dennis & Company, P.C. Mark joined Dennis & Company in 2012, where he has gained experience performing financial analysis of complex bankruptcy estates including consolidating subsidiaries, marshalling and evaluating assets to be sold, investigating transactions to determine possible fraudulent/preferential transfer claims and analyzing wage and creditor claims. He has also prepared income tax returns, payroll tax returns and forms W-2 for wage claimants. Mark has worked on over 250 bankruptcy estates in his time at Dennis & Company, including being directly appointed as the Accountant in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy estate. He has also testified in the US Bankruptcy Court in relation to a Chapter 7 Privacy Hearing. Prior to joining Dennis & Company, Mark worked as an investment banker in London, England, most recently as Director and Head of EMEA Futures Origination at Barclays Bank Plc (2009-2012) and Director of Futures & Options and OTC Clearing Sales at J.P. Morgan (2005-2009). Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University in 1992, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School in 1999.
