Aaron Burton, Esq., graduated from the University of Denver with dual degrees in law and taxation. While studying law, Aaron gained valuable experience at the Internal Revenue Service and the Denver Probate Court. After law school, Aaron was law clerk to Honorable Marcelo Kopcow. Aaron now advises his clients on the legal and tax issues associated with closely held businesses and not-for-profit organizations, particularly with respect to real estate, succession planning, and business transactions.
