Diarmuid Truax, for 20 years, he has provided demonstrative design and trial presentation consulting and in-courtroom assistance in hundreds of civil litigation cases. At Visual Advantage, he works with clients to create a demonstrative design and trial presentation technology case strategy for litigation. Diarmuid's expertise is in increasing the efficiency of trial presentation through the use of software tools such as Trial Director, PowerPoint, the Adobe Creative Suite and the latest trial presentation technologies available to litigation teams. With his advanced knowledge of software, video editing, trial technology equipment and standard business applications, Diarmuid is capable of handling many unexpected situations related to trial technology. Diarmuid often shares his trial technology expertise at continuing legal education seminars and national legal conventions. He has educated others on legal technology and courtroom graphics in locations as far-flung as Mo'orea, French Polynesia, where he spoke at the request of the Orange County Bar Association. Diarmuid has served as a trial presentation certicate committee member and faculty presenter for the National Court Reporter's Association. He is an avid researcher of legal technology and continually keeps his finger on the pulse of the latest technological innovations to ensure that his clients are receiving the best possible service.
