John Vecchiarelli has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Public Administration. Mr. Vecchiarelli has served as the Senior Director for the State of Colorado for the past 27 years. In this capacity he has served on the Federation of Tax Administrators Board and as an officer of the Western States Association of Tax Administrators. He has also served as Colorado's Commissioner to the International Registration Plan and the International Fuel Tax Agreement. Prior to joining the State of Colorado he was employed as the Director of Business and Professional Credit with Citibank's Diner's Club Subsidiary and as a Business Analyst with Dun and Bradstreet.
