Tonya . Dalhaus
Linking Perspectives LLCTonya Dalhaus is an experienced speaker, mediator, facilitator, and coach. Originally from New England, she moved to Colorado to pursue a Masters in Professional Communication and Alternative Dispute Resolution at the University of Denver. Her work in Boston as Program Manager for a homeless shelter, serving over 150 families, has made her well acquainted with recognizing body language as pre-cursors to conflict. She brings her experience working with diverse groups, a passion for helping people and her experience in communication to the field of ADR. In addition to her masters, Tonya was awarded her Micro Expression Practitioner's Certification through the Center for Body Language in Belgium. She has also trained on the Eckman METT and SETT tests. When not being commissioned to catch friend's teenager in a lie, Tonya oversees operations of Linking Perspectives llc, and Improv for Change which uses improvisational games to teach restorative practices, and affective communication.
