Emma Fletcher, Esq., is a partner with Harrington Brewster Mahoney Smits, P.C., a Denver-based law firm specializing in complex family law matters. Emma has worked primarily in family law since 2014 and has extensive experience both in and out of the courtroom. Emma is a collaboratively trained attorney who strives to achieve holistic settlements that allow clients to move forward with their life in confidence. Emma provides individual representation for both litigation and collaborative clients in addition to mediation, arbitration, and PC/DM services. Emma received her J.D. from the University of Denver and her B.A. from Dartmouth College.
