Linda N. Kapsak (Moss), Esq., is an attorney with a passion for helping both attorneys and clients to find ways to use the legal system not as a weapon, but as a tool to improve lives. Linda is trained in Collaborative Law and as a Parenting Coordinator/Decision Maker, and advocates for the use of alternative legal tools to help clients meet their familial and financial needs. Linda's community involvement includes positions in the CBA Family Law Section, CBA Young Lawyers Division, as well as membership in the Metro-Denver Interdisciplinary Committee and Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals. Linda graduated with a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and her J.D. from the University of Colorado with a Juvenile and Family Law Certificate.
