Spencer Kontnik, Esq. is an experienced trial attorney who specializes in employment and disability law. Spencer and Austin M. Cohen founded KONTNIK | COHEN, LLC in 2017 with an emphasis on providing representation to individuals with disabilities. Spencer's disability practices includes claims arising under Title I, Title II and Title III of the ADA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act and other similar state and federal anti-discrimination statutes. Spencer was born with a profound hearing loss, however, through the use of a cochlear implant and hearing aids, Spencer has excelled as a trial attorney. He graduated from the Sturm College of Law in 2014 and is is one of three individuals to receive the prestigious "Directors Award" for his work as a leading member of the Advocacy Department.
