Anthony J. Dreyer is a partner in the Intellectual Property & Technology Group at Skadden, Arps in its New York Office.  Mr. Dreyer litigates matters involving trademark, copyright, rights of publicity, false advertising and consumer fraud claims.  In addition, Mr. Dreyer has extensive experience counseling sports leagues and teams on a wide range of matters, including league governance, player disputes, anti-doping, and intellectual property issues.  Mr. Dreyer was selected for inclusion in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business 2014 in the nationwide sports law category.  He is an adjunct professor of law at Fordham University Law School, where he teaches courses on Advertising Law and Advanced Trademark Law.  Mr. Dreyer also is an adjunct professor of law at Cardozo Law School, where he teaches Sports and the Law.
