Lou Ann Hutchinson is the Managing Director of People & Culture Operations for Grant Thornton LLP, the U.S. member firm of Grant Thornton International Ltd., providing audit, tax and advisory services to clients across the globe. As a key member of the People & Culture Senior Leadership team for the US Firm, Lou Ann is the chief architect responsible for transforming the design and delivery around compensation, benefits, and mobility solutions as well as leading the firm's employee relations and compliance reporting functions. Lou Ann is a CPA licensed in the state of North Carolina, and in prior roles, has lead delivery of the firm's overall human capital technology needs and field HR delivery. Lou Ann is a member of the AICPA, NCACPA, SHRM and has held past board positions with a variety of non-profit enterprises.
