Bridgette Tomasetti, Esq., is a Colorado and North Carolina licensed attorney. She was first licensed in 2004 in North Carolina and has been licensed in Colorado since 2013. Bridgette began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Asheville, North Carolina. She prosecuted traffic and DWI cases in Asheville and also handled a domestic violence and juvenile case load. After three years serving the State, she opened a solo general practice in Asheville and served clients throughout Western North Carolina in both state and federal court. Bridgette has experience in criminal defense, family law, juvenile law and general civil litigation. In 2013, she relocated to Denver with her family. Bridgette began working as a Hearing Officer for the Colorado Department of Revenue and focused on a high volume case load of primarily DMV cases. Bridgette has managed and heard both DMV regulatory hearings and is currently serving as  Deputy Chief Hearing Officer where she coordinates internal and external training programs and improving business processes.
