Christopher Kiyan is a partner at Catalyst Law Group, LLP. His practice is focused on representing high growth companies, venture capital, private equity and angel investors, and entrepreneurs. Chris represents clients across a broad range of industries in general corporate matters and corporate and finance transactions, including initial- thorough late-stage equity and debt financings, recapitalizations, strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, entity formation and strategy, founders' issues and corporate governance matters. Prior to co-founding Catalyst, Chris was a corporate attorney in the Colorado and Boston offices of Cooley, LLP, where his corporate practice focused on representing venture capital and private equity firms and emerging companies.
