Niki Schwab is an associate in the business group at Moye White, LLP. She advises clients on a wide range of business matters, including employment matters, business planning and formation, commercial leasing, and contract negotiations. Her employment practice includes counseling corporate clients on establishing anti-harassment workplace policies, reviewing wage practices, executive compensation agreements, and addressing and remediating complaints of harassment and discrimination. Niki is a graduate of Cornell Law School and Rutgers University and is an active member of the South Asian Bar Association.
