Richard W. Nenno, Esq., is a Senior Managing Director and Trust Counsel with Wilmington Trust Company in Wilmington, Delaware.  He received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and his law degree from Harvard Law School.  Before joining Wilmington Trust in 1982, Dick was an associate for several years in the Estates Department of Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll in Philadelphia.  He is a nationally known speaker and author.  Dick has presented at the University of Miami Institute on Estate Planning, the NYU Institute on Federal Taxation, the Notre Dame Tax and Estate Planning Institute, and many other conferences.  He has authored or co-authored Tax Management Portfolios on Choosing a Domestic Jurisdiction for a Long-Term Trust (867), Planning and Defending Domestic Asset-Protection Trusts (868), and State Income Taxation of Trusts (869).
