Blake T. Hardwick, Esq., serves as Vice President and Regional Underwriting Counsel for First American Title. He counsels underwriters in 6 offices that span from Salt Lake City to Minneapolis and Saint Louis. Prior assuming a regional role in 2023, Blake was the Colorado Counsel for First American’s Denver NCS office. Blake practiced law at Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. in Phoenix, Arizona and then in Denver, Colorado from 2010-2016. During his time at Snell & Wilmer, Blake represented commercial lenders in secured and unsecured loan transactions, with a primary emphasis in real estate banking. During the 2008 financial crisis, Blake assisted lenders with commercial foreclosures and loan enforcement, including receiverships, bankruptcy litigation and contract and guaranty enforcement.
