Brian H. Hanning, Esq., is the founder and attorney for Hanning Law Limited, a boutique law firm in Fort Collins representing businesses and artists. Hanning Law represents clients in all aspects of entrepreneurship including but not limited to entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, trademark and copyright registration, and intellectual property assignment. Brian volunteers with a number of organizations. Brian focused on highlighting ethics ties in the transactional intellectual property law area as the 2025-2026 Chair of the Colorado Intellectual Property Section. He volunteers with Colorado Attorneys for the Arts to represent artists around the state. Additionally, Brian is an event organizer with Howdy Neighbor Events in Fort Collins where he assists with Founded In FoCo and Fort Collins Comic Con. You can find him around the community giving informational and educational presentations on a variety of legal topics such as Copyright and AI, Intellectual Property Audits, or Trademark Portfolios. Outside of work, Brian is cheering on the inaugural season of the Denver Summit, or playing and hiking with his 7 year old chocolate Labrador Bel.
