Kerry Bilewski, Esq., is the Assistant General Counsel at FullSpeed Automotive in Greenwood Village, where she provides legal guidance influencing business direction and strategy for a leading automotive aftermarket services platform offering oil changes, tire sales and other ancillary services operating through multiple brands across the United States. She also oversees the company's M&A and corporate transactional matters, including real estate and finance. Prior to FullSpeed, she was Senior Counsel at Summit Materials, a heavy-side construction materials company listed on the NYSE. She has also worked at AmLaw 100 firms in Boston and Denver, with a focus on private equity and M&A. A native of Honolulu, Hawaii, Kerry graduated from Middlebury College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law.
