Peter Fabish, Esq., is a co-founder and principal of Conscious Family Law & Mediation, a collaborative family law firm which has developed a transformative process to take families from the parents' decision to divorce through completion of their divorce. Peter also works with couples who are working to improve their relationship through Relationship Mediation, a blend of relationship coaching and mediation. Peter is past president of the Board of Directors of the Boulder Interdisciplinary Counsel and former co-chair of the Boulder County ADR Section. He is co-author of the best-selling book The Collaborative Divorce Advantage.
