Justin F. Marceau

Justin Marceau, Esq., Associate Professor, is a tenured law professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he teaches courses in constitutional and criminal law. He is the co-author of a textbook on habeas corpus and will be a co-author on a new edition of a textbook on a leading death penalty textbook. Justin specializes, in particular, on federal habeas jurisdiction and has authored several articles and litigated many cases in this field. Prior to joining the law faculty Justin worked for a law firm doing white collar defense and as an Assistant Federal Public Defender, District of Arizona.
