Andy Baum, CPA/ABV/CFF, provides litigation consulting services at Harper Hofer & Associates LLC. Andy is a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”), Accredited in Business Valuation (“ABV”), and Certified in Financial Forensics (“CFF”). He has over 11 years of experience providing litigation support services primarily for marital dissolution matters, including valuation of closely held businesses across multiple industries, tracing of separate property, analyses of net spendable income and proposed asset divisions, pension valuations, stock option valuations, trust interest valuations and consulting regarding other financial matters. Andy has been qualified as an expert witness in multiple jurisdictions throughout Colorado.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in accounting and minor in finance and a Master of Professional Accounting degree, both from the top ranked accounting program at the University of Texas at Austin.
Andy is currently serving as president of the Front Range Business Valuation Group. He has presented at seminars and events sponsored by the American Bar Association, Women's Estate Planning Council (Denver Chapter), University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, Front Range Business Valuation Group, and National Association of Certified Valuators & Analysts (Colorado/Wyoming Chapter).
