Aaron P. Bradford
Bradford LTDAaron P. Bradford is a trial lawyer having tried cases to verdict in the areas of securities fraud, patent infringement, professional negligence, employment, premises liability, product defect, trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, false advertising, and medical negligence. He graduated Order of St. Ives from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in Denver, Colorado in 1999. Mr. Bradford has served as faculty to the National Institute of Trial Advocacy for the past two decades, teaching courses on basic trial skills such as openings, closings, cross, and direct. Mr. Bradford has served as lead trial counsel for matters presented to judges, juries, and administrative bodies across the country, including multi-week jury trials in Arizona, California, Colorado, Virginia, and Wyoming, with cases pending in 20 jurisdictions around the country. Over the past decade, Mr. Bradford has been annually recognized by Super Lawyers, The Denver Post, U.S. News - Best Lawyers®, and 5280 Magazine as a top lawyer in intellectual property litigation. Law Week Colorado has recognized Mr. Bradford as “Barrister's Best in Intellectual Property Litigation” for five years running. The Denver Business Journal honored Mr. Bradford with its “40 under 40” designation and the Denver Bar Association honored him with its Young Lawyer of the Year Award. Mr. Bradford invests the rest of his time in building a foundation for our next generation, founding the Wheels of Justice Cycling Team to fund pediatric oncologic research and care, the Arctic Seagulls Foundation to fund inner city student athletes, and building Redline Denver East, the largest sports performance facility in Denver designed to build a prepared student athlete.
