Danielle C. Jefferis, Esq. is an incoming Assistant Professor at California Western School of Law where she will teach Civil Procedure and Prison Law and Policy. Previously, she taught in the Civil Rights Clinic at the University of Denver College of Law. Professor Jefferis's research focuses on theories of punishment, prison and detention, and federal courts.
