He is also the founder and owner of a law firm with an active litigation practice serving the community of Charleston, South Carolina. Through his 30 years in the practice of law, Mr. Mason has developed a diverse set of skills which are pertinent to comprehend, address and resolve the multiple unique legal and practical issues presented by the challenge of providing banking services to the legalized cannabis industry. He has applied his professional skills and personal conviction to executing this project from inception to completion.
