Mark Zambarda, Esq., is an associate in King & Spalding’s Trial and Global Disputes practice in Denver, where he focuses on complex intellectual property and technology-related business disputes. Before joining King & Spalding, Mark served as a law clerk to the Honorable Philip A. Brimmer of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he was a senior articles editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. During law school, Mark worked as a patent litigation intern at Google Inc. Mark also holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Prior to his legal career, he served five years as an infantry officer in the United States Army.
