US Bankruptcy Court
Kenneth R. Gardner is the Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.  He was appointed to this position in March, 2014, after serving as Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois since August, 2001.  Prior to this, Ken worked as the Chief Deputy Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of California, serving from February 1992 until August, 2001.  Ken received his Masters Degree in Judicial Administration from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in August, 1986, where he also now teaches classes on court administration and strategic planning.   Ken has served on numerous national committees, and is a former President of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Clerks.  He has spoken on a variety of subjects at the local and national level and serves as a training facilitator to the Administrative Office and the Federal Judicial Center for various programs.
