Ainsley E. Bochniak, Esq., founded A.E. Bochniak Law, LLC in May 2019 and practices primarily in state appellate law. She handles civil appeals, such as: dependency and neglect, family law, and employment law. Additionally, Ms. Bochniak handles criminal defense appeals. She consults with trial counsel on drafting and filing complex motions to preserve issues on appeal. Ms. Bochniak is a member of the Appellate Pro Bono Task Force, a CBA Appellate Practice Subcommittee. She was recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star of 2020. When she’s not writing briefs and arguing appeals, she can be found writing fiction—working toward her dream of publishing a novel.
