Michael Fleming is the Associate General Counsel for Cray Inc., the supercomputer company in St Paul, MN, where he is responsible, among other things, for the company's intellectual property assets, software and other IP licensing issues for the R&D organizations, and assisting the company during M&A due diligence on IP concerns. A 1992 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in Minnesota, Michael has long been interested in the intersections of technology, law and business. He has chaired the ABA Business Law Section's Committee on the Law of Cyberspace, is an incoming member of the ABA Business Law Section Council, and currently is a member of the American Bar Association's Standing Committee on Technology and Information Services, an ABA presidential
