Daniel Farris is a former software engineer and patent litigator, whose practice at Polsinelli, P.C. now focuses on technology and intellectual property licensing. Mr. Farris counsels clients on the protection and commercialization of both patented and unpatented technology in the telecommunications, information technology, healthcare, and retail industries. Mr. Farris's real-world experience allows him to offer unique perspectives on matters ranging from fiber optic networking and cloud computing to mobile app development and data privacy and security. Daniel is a member of the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law, Application Developers Alliance, International Association of Privacy Professionals, and Independent Software Developers Forum. He was selected as a 2014 Rising Star in the area of Technology Law.
