Rodger Cole is chair of the Litigation Group at Fenwick & West, where his practice focuses on commercial and intellectual property litigation, primarily for technology and media companies such as Intuit, CBS, Sega, HP and Carrier IQ. Rodger leads clients to victory in class actions involving claims of consumer protection, privacy, false advertising, right of publicity, unfair competition and fraud, among other areas. He also regularly advises on disputes involving trade secret misappropriation, copyright infringement and trademark infringement, as well as licensing, technology transfers and related commercial issues. Rodger is resident in Fenwick's Mountain View, California, office.
