Adams Price, Managing Director, has 20+ years of experience in strategic planning and execution for mergers and acquisitions; transaction development and execution; P&L management; consulting services delivery in strategic services; ERP selection and implementation; e-commerce strategy, selection, and implementation; and management consulting. In addition, he has 12 years of direct experience in merger and acquisition transactions and capital formation transactions. Adams is a Senior Advisor with Forbes Mergers and Acquisitions, a leading transaction and financial advisor to lower middle market companies. He helps firms sell their businesses, merge or partner with other companies, raise growth capital, or acquire new businesses. Prior to joining Forbes, Adams co-founded The Vérto Group, a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm focusing on software and business services. The Vérto Group helped business owners sell or merge their company, acquire a business, and raise capital. Before that time, he worked with Izodia as Sr. VP of Operations, where he developed strategic direction and e-commerce software sales for US and European operations. He led P&L, business development, pre-sales and post-sales integration, customer acquisition, global pursuit processes, and revenue forecasting. Prior to joining Izodia, Adams was Managing Partner of Whittman-Hart, Inc., where he built the organization from 75-150 consultants and $9-20 million in revenue. He led a broad range of business development practices in IT consulting, e-commerce, and network infrastructure; served as AS/400 Practice Leader; and developed national business partner relationships with J.D. Edwards (now part of Oracle). Prior to Whittman-Hart, Adams was a project manager for manufacturing and financial services companies. He designed and developed software for pharmaceuticals manufacturing, mutual fund, marketing, and accounting firms. He also led business development efforts in the mining, securities, and manufacturing industries.
