Rebecca Baer, Esq., is a senior associate attorney at David Littman, P.C., in Denver. She devotes her practice exclusively to family law and provides traditional, limited scope/unbundled, Collaborative Law and mediation services. Rebecca was selected as a Colorado Super Lawyers, Rising Star, in 2017 and has been rated Superb by Avvo and Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell. Rebecca is a member of the family law sections of the Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association and Minnesota State Bar Association and volunteers with Colorado Lawyers for Colorado Veterans. Rebecca is a founding member and co-chair of the Denver Source for Collaborative Divorce and a trained Collaborative Law practitioner. She is also a member of the Metro Denver Interdisciplinary Committee and Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals. Rebecca graduated from the University of St. Thomas (B.A.) in St. Paul, Minnesota, majoring in Print Journalism and Political Science. While at St. Thomas, she participated in a three-week "Law in London and Dublin" course. Rebecca earned her Doctorate of Law degree (J.D.) from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota, where she also completed Alternative Dispute Resolution and Family Mediation Training courses. Rebecca relocated to Denver with her husband in 2013. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Minnesota.
