Paul Gordon has started a mediation practice after 26 years of representing plaintiffs with malpractice claims against lawyers throughout the United States. Mr. Gordon is admitted or pro hac vice in six States and the Northern District of Illinois. In 2014, Mr. Gordon help clients recover $1.4 million in damages and debt reduction from one of Colorado’s most prestigious firms. In 2011, he helped a client obtain a judgment against an attorney in the amount of $900,000 for fraudulent over-billing. In 2010, he helped a client recover $1.35 million from attorneys who prepared false documents they submitted during an ongoing lawsuit. In the field of legal malpractice, his reported cases include Allen v. Steele, 252 P.3d 476 (Colo. 2011), and Aller v. Law Office of Carole C. Schriefer, P.C., 140 P.3d 23 (Colo. App. 2005). Mr. Gordon obtained his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, at the University of Denver in 1989 and his law degree at the University of Colorado School of Law in 1992.
