Reginald D. Nubine, Esq., is an senior city attorney in in the Prosecution and Code Enforcement section of the Denver City Attorney’s Office. He advises the Department of Excise and Licenses on all matters related to business licensing, and he provides legal advice to all city agencies on cannabis issues. In his role, Reggie participates in administrative hearings and civil litigation relating to appeals of agency determinations, he advises on criminal prosecution, and he drafts legislative and administrative policy. A Dallas native, Reggie received law degree from the University of Colorado Law School.
