Stephanie Vu, Esq.,'s practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property from drafting and prosecuting utility and design patent applications to helping clients research and analyze their innovations and products within the marketplace with an eye toward long-term, global protection strategies. With a background in mechanical engineering, Stephanie works on technologies related to mechanical, electro-mechanical, process and software engineering innovations. In her patent prosecution work, Stephanie prepares and prosecutes domestic and international patent applications in a wide range of technologies, including medical devices, software, automotive products, oil and gas technology, and consumer products.
