Jyll Lottner, Esq., is currently Director and Employment Counsel at Vail Resorts Management Company in Colorado. Ms. Lottner graduated from New York University School of Law and is admitted to the NY, CA and CO state bars. Ms. Lottner has been representing companies in employment matters for 15 years, and has spent the majority of her career as in-house counsel where she provides advice, counsel and legal review to companies, senior executives and Human Resources on an array of employment and labor matters including terminations, discipline, compensation, leaves of absences, requests for accommodations, workers' compensation, restructures, non-competes, workplace violence, wage and hour issues, union and collective bargaining agreement issues, social media, and policies and procedures. Before coming to Vail, Ms. Lottner worked as in-house employment counsel at Universal Music Group in Los Angeles and Citigroup, Inc. in New York.
