Shauna C. Clemmer, Esq., is a partner at the Law office of Brown and Brown, P.C. Her practice focuses primarily on estate planning, estate administration, special needs planning, elder law, and long-term care planning. Ms. Clemmer graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and received her Juris Doctor from Penn State, Dickinson School of Law in 2006. Ms. Clemmer is a past chair of the Elder Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Clemmer is also a member of the Trust and Estate Section and Elder Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association as well as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). As well as being active in the legal community, Ms. Clemmer frequently gives presentations and seminars on topics involving trust and estate planning, estate administration, and elder law.
