Kelsey M. Lesco is the Colorado legal assistance developer under the Older Americans Act program. In that position she provides support, training, and technical assistance to the legal assistance providers and ombudsmen in the 16 Area Agencies on Aging throughout Colorado. Previously, Ms. Lesco was an attorney in the mental health program at Disability Law Colorado and served as the Olmstead Project Coordinator. Ms. Lesco received her J.D. from the University of Oregon and her Master's in Public Administration from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
