Leah A. Walker, Esq., is the Reporter of Decisions for the Colorado Courts of Appeal. Prior to moving to Colorado in October of last year, she spent over a decade working for the Reporter of Decisions for the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, DC. While at the US Supreme Court she received a Special Achievement award and two Special Service awards from the Chief Justice of the United States. She is currently the Education Chair of the Association of Reporters of Decisions, and was formerly the President of the Association. She also served on the Nominating Committee of the Smith College Alumnae Association Board of Directors. She received her JD and certificate in comparative and international law from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law; a Masters degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science; and a Bachelor's degree from Smith College. She was born in Tallahassee, Florida.
