Joe Guerriero, Senior Vice President & General Counsel, ViaWest, Inc. Joe oversees all legal and real estate affairs for ViaWest and plays an integral role in the ViaWest management team. Guerriero joined the ViaWest team in 2010, after assisting in the acquisition of the company by Oak Hill Capital Partners. Prior to joining ViaWest, Guerriero worked for Hogan Lovells, LLP where he specialized in corporate transactional matters, and before that he was with Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP (New Jersey branch) and Brobeck Phleger & Harrison, LLP. Guerriero received his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University.
