Penny Wagner has worked for the Colorado Judicial Department for over 14 years. She is currently a Court Services Analyst at the State Court Administrator's Office.  The Court Services unit is tasked with creating standardized best business practices, training court staff, maintaining court and probation forms and instructions, monitoring the 411 help information, developing manuals, maintaining the Judicial Resource Manual on the judicial intranet and the self-help section on the judicial website. Her duties include all of these areas. Penny is responsible for working with the Self-Represented litigant program. There are now 32 Self-Represented Litigant Coordinators (SRLC) that are disbursed in every district throughout the state. Penny's responsibilities include coordinating projects, creating business practices, determining the training needs and setting up training, providing resource information to the coordinators, scheduling meetings and disseminating SRLC information to all concerned parties including but not limited to Judicial District Administrators, Colorado Legal Services and the Colorado Bar Association.
