William H. Black Jr., is Vice President and General Counsel for Cassatt RRG Holding Company, part of a group of captive insurers that provide professional liability and other coverages to hospitals and physicians. A graduate of the University of Delaware and Villanova University School of Law, Mr. Black was in private practice, focusing on property and liability insurance and reinsurance coverage-related matters, for over 30 years before joining Cassatt in 2012. His current responsibilities include legal oversight and other management responsibilities for the four Cassatt companies and for the Cassatt Patient Safety Organization, a component of Cassatt RRG Holding Company.
