Matthew Machado, Esq., is a shareholder with Lyons Gaddis PC. His practice focuses on representing mutual ditch companies, private ditch and lateral owners, farmers, ranchers, landowners, developers, well user groups, hunting clubs, special districts, environmental groups, and municipalities in acquiring, selling, developing and protecting interests in land and water rights throughout Colorado. Matt represents clients in all types of land and water transactions, and in proceedings before Colorado’s District Courts and Water Courts, the Colorado Supreme Court, the Colorado Ground Water Commission, the State Engineer, the Colorado Water Quality Control Commission, Mined Land Reclamation Board, and various other local government entities. Matt has a B.S. and M.S. in Biology from Tulane University and a J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School.
