Joe Hartwig, Esq., is a senior associate attorney at Sigler & Nelson LLC. He is a trust, estate, and probate attorney who practices in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, elder law, special needs and Medicaid planning, fiduciary representation, as well as conservatorships and guardianships. Joe has been practicing law in these areas since graduating from the University of Colorado Law School in 2013. During his career, Joe has previously worked as a Judicial Fellow for the Denver Probate Court and worked for the Office of the Public Administrator for the City and County of Denver. Joe can often be found trail running at sunrise, skiing with his family, or drinking coffee and working on one of his many unfinished creative writing projects.
