Brandi J. Pummell, Esq., joined Kumpf, Charsley & Hansen, LLC in October 2016, where she practices family law. Prior to joining KCH, Ms. Pummell had her own firm, Pummell Law Firm, LLC, where her practice focused on research, writing and appeals. She assisted in her first appeal during law school and subsequently held a two-year clerkship with Colorado Supreme Court Justice Alex J. Martinez. Her experience includes various areas of complex civil litigation, including education law, civil rights, employment law, family law, insurance defense, condemnation and construction defect litigation. She graduated with Honors from of the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she double majored in International Affairs and Japanese , and the University of Denver College of Law, where she was Business Editor of the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy, President of the International Law Society, a member of the University of Denver Law Review. She is also a member of the CBA Appellate Pro Bono Committee.”
