Timothy M. Moeller, Esq., has practiced community association law since 1999.  Tim supports associations in such areas as collection of delinquent assessments and enforcement of covenant matters, which includes litigating covenant violation and collection cases, and bringing foreclosure and receivership actions.  Tim has extensive experience in creating and amending governing documents, preparing opinions concerning the many different matters facing associations in Colorado, and drafting and reviewing contracts. Tim attends many association meetings and has counseled boards during difficult and sometimes contentious member and board meetings.   Tim has been accredited by the Community Associations Institute to provide ongoing education to managers.  Tim has published articles in both the local and national publications for the Community Associations Institute and has served on the Editorial Committee for the local publication, Common Interests, as well as on the Programs and Education Committee.  Tim currently serves on the Colorado Legislative Action Committee for the Community Association Institute.  Tim is a frequent educational speaker for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Community Associations Institute.  Tim has provided continuing legal education to attorneys on the topic of Condominium and Homeowners' Associations.
