She advises high-net-worth individuals and families on testamentary and lifetime planning strategies geared toward the tax-efficient transfer of wealth across multiple generations, including the creation of various forms of irrevocable trusts; the implementation of family limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and other special purpose vehicles; and the administration and modification of existing trusts. She also advises clients on marital agreements, federal transfer tax issues and reporting positions, estate administration, and charitable planning. Rachel received her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2016, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee in 2013.
