Andrea DiMatteo, Learning & Organization Development Specialist, is a Learning & Organizational Development Specialist and an employee owner at New Belgium Brewing Company. Andrea began her career at New Belgium in 1999 and has spent the majority of her tenure in the Coworkers and Culture side of the business. She has blended her role to meet the needs of the New Belgium by performing training, program development, culture work and executing strategic events for coworker participation and involvement. She is a member of the local and national association of American Society of Training and Development. Andrea received her B.A. from Colorado State University and is near completion of a M.Ed. in Adult Education and Training from CSU. She has several certificates in leadership development and training.
