Tiffany Walker, Esq., is the Trust Policy & Recoveries Section Manager for the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing.  She is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Florida, and practiced estate planning, tax, and small business law before joining the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing. Ms. Walker obtained her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law.
