Jordan L. Cohen, Esq., assists clients on matters including entity formation and dissolution, strategic acquisitions and restructuring, and tax planning, as well as customer agreements, employment contracts, and other general business transactions. Jordan has also represented private equity clients in the negotiation and drafting of partnership agreements and subscription documentation for investment funds. Additionally, he assists individual clients with integrated estate planning, including the preparation of wills and trusts to protect their assets for years to come. Jordan is originally from Texas and moved to Colorado to pursue his LL.M. in taxation at the University of Denver. While in law school, he clerked for an Austin-area firm focusing on asset protection and estate planning. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in government from The University of Texas and his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law. Jordan enjoys playing tennis and taking his English bulldog, Bruce, to the dog park. He is also an avid Texas Longhorns fan, traveling to football games whenever possible.
