Annie Martínez, Esq., is a first-generation Cuban American from Hialeah Florida. They graduated from Law School in 2014 and have been practicing law in the Metro Area since 2015.  Annie is the founder and principal of Bridge Legal Solutions in Denver, Colorado. As a top-rated trial lawyer with more than five years of total legal experience, Annie provides unmatched counsel and support to clients who have legal needs involving family law, criminal defense, and child welfare law. As a versatile attorney, Annie has achieved considerable success helping her clients with serious legal issues affecting their lives, their families, and their futures. At all turns, Annie maintains an unwavering focus on protecting their rights. Notably, Annie was the youngest president of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association, sits on various boards for community organizations, and won the Outstanding Young Hispanic Attorney in 2019 as well as the Up & Coming Lawyers in 2020. In Annie's spare time, they are pursuing a doctorate in public policy at West Chester University and are the 2nd Vice President for the Denver Bar Association. As a fierce activist with lawyer credentials, Annie is a pursuer of justice and social change. Annie applies their many skills beyond their firm to advance the rights and legal protections for all people stretching from housing to healthcare. During the first wave of the pandemic, Annie worked alongside a coalition of Bar Associations, law professors, and community organizations to write a letter calling on the Colorado Supreme Court to exercise their authority to close eviction and foreclosure courts to prevent a surge in homelessness. In addition, Annie has offered legal education and support during Black Lives Matter protests against state violence. Undoubtedly, Annie is an impassioned leader committed to inter-sectional justice and dismantling all systems of oppression.
